MCAS Medications
It’s important to recognize that medications are often the most important part of managing MCAS, even if GI symptoms are the most frequent issue.
People who experience MCAS-like symptoms should regularly consult with their specialists about their current medication regimen, and communicate whether it's reducing MCAS symptoms like throat swelling, hives, and GI upset (not inclusive of all symptoms) after meals.
