Waiting In Terminal
While waiting in your terminal, propping your feet up on your carry-on luggage can help decrease fatigue and blood pooling.
Talk to the gate agent(s) about your need to pre-board the plane is applicable, and what steps they recommend for you.
Make sure to continue to hydrate as needed and use the bathroom prior to your flight if possible.
Sit as close to the entrance as you can, and use your mobility aid or collapsible stool if you need to wait in line instead of standing. For a few options, click here.
