Daily To-Go Bags
It can be really helpful to have a bag prepped and ready with a few things you most commonly need which you can always keep with you. This is something you can carry around with you when you go out, or keep by your side in your home, by your nightstand, or even when you go to the bathroom to shower. It is nice to know you have access to anything you might need especially if you suddenly become lightheaded or presyncopal. It doesn’t hurt to keep a few smaller versions of these ready too, stashed in different places where you might need them! Nothing wrong with being over-prepared! We listed a few examples of items below but ideally you can use it as a guide that you can then personalize to meet your own specific needs.
